I have been working with Jim Danylo for the last three weeks. He is the listing agent on the deal. We are dealing with a vacant lot, represented by a trustee and a legal team. Jim has made this deal extremely easy, even when we had some speed bumps in the road. He is down to earth, willing to jump on a call at any time. His communication is great. You can tell he is a veteran realtor who puts clients (both the seller and buyer) above his own interests. He goes to bat for fairness on all sides of the deal. Highly recommend working with Jim.

Matt Ohlsson did what we thought was impossible! He sold our house. it was in a flood plain and when we tried to sell in the past we were not successful. Matt was extremely responsive.
